This is what those IRS agents are for.
Register in a database, so they’ll have an easy list to audit and destroy.
This is redundant. Any business already registers with the FedGov to get a tax ID number.
Here in Texas, you also register with the state.
And you know who uses shell companies? FBI… that’s who
Democrats are pro-criminal. This is not to stop crime.
The new database is for control and will be used as a political weapon.
Registration leads to confiscation.
Haven’t they already done so with tax returns/W-2’s/1099’s???
Same in most states.
If you’re a sole proprietorship without employees, you dont need a federal EIN.

The article talked about businesses with 20 employees. You need an EIN for that.
