All this infighting will not help. If Desantis gets the nomination - Trump will run 3rd party and fuck the whole thing up.. Trump should take Desantis as his VP — Desantis is young, he needs a little experience in Washington.

Trump didn't have any, nor did Reagan. And I think the chances of DeSantis becoming Trump's running mate are infintesimal.
Trump is steering towards a unity ticket with Tulsi. I’m not saying I agree with it or trust her, but Trump kept hitting on the theme of unity tonight. He knows he needs to moderate his tone and limit his unenforced errors and he’s goimg to need moderates and Independents in greater number. Tulsi was campaigning hard for MAGA candidates this fall. That wasn’t an accident and it was coordinated. I don’t think DeSantis will run. There is no benefit to that now. He may take VP if offered but he will destroy his futur tangling with Trump. I don’t think he can win the nomination, bit if he does, he’s going to be damaged. I just think that it will be Trump/Tulsi in 2024.

Florida needs De Santis at the helm

Florida is important, because it is a swing state every
election. We lose it, and we’re in big trouble.
With Trump in Washington and then De Santis, the state is
covered from Washington, which is important.
If Ron runs for the nomination now, wins it, and loses, the
State of Florida will come under direct attack from
Washington and the person after Ron may not be very
savvy.
Ballot access isn't automatic, and had timelines. Been a long time since Perot's volunteers put something like that together.

DeSantis was in Congress for 6 years. He doesn’t need to anymore experience in Washington. He’s proven himself more than capable of being POTUS.
DeSantis would be insane to accept the VP position under anyone.
