Was there a better candidate in the primary that could have beat the witch? I don't know much about Dixon.

James Craig probably, but he hired a group to gather signatures and they messed up. (I suspect on purpose) Dixon was good, but an unknown. Like most states, and even the nation, the cities rule the out lying areas.

James Craig was the only one that could have beaten her, but he was disqualified because of faulty signatures. I'm in no way surprised

I can’t believe the absolute lunatics who won. Either some massive election fraud is going on or those Covid shots have fried peoples brains. Fetterman wins?? You mean to tell me the people in Penn. purposely voted for a guy who has brain damage and can’t talk?? A freakin’ nut whose seems only interested in freeing killers from jail? And here in New York, Hochul wins? A Hillary clone who only one year in office seems only interested in lining her pockets while the state descends into anarchy?

She seemed great. The problem is too many Michiganders love Big Government, and that’s what Big Gretch is all about.

A buddy who lives in MI says he can’t talk politics with his family or quite a few “friends” because they honestly think Whitmer “got us through the pandemic” and can’t discuss any issue without railing against MAGA. Even without Trump as the candidate, don’t expect that half of the country to suddenly wake up and small the MAGA coffee. THey’ll still love big government.

I guess I am in the best of all possible worlds: working for a Michigan college, but living in Florida. Otherwise I would be retchin’ for Gretchen.

One of the republican candidates, Ryan Kelley, in the Michigan governor primary was arrested by the FBI for being at the Capitol on January 6th.

In 2020, Kelley, a real estate broker, began leading rallies against Covid-19 lockdowns and mandates in Michigan, according to his website. He said he led rallies against the Covid restrictions at the state Capitol in Lansing and in Grand Rapids.
The gubernatorial candidate added that he “guarded a Civil War Statue in his hometown of Allendale” during protests in the summer of 2020.

Dixon was on Real Americas voice .. she would have made a great asset to MI.

What’s wrong with people!!!!!
It’s the media but its also people don’t care enough to know who they are voting for.

Tudor has 3 or 4 daughters..Christian values.. cared enough to get in the frey and run.. the people missed a good one and are saddled with the old who will do them no good!!

So the evil “lock-down Queen” won because the voters of Michigan just loved being having their businesses and schools closed for months on end. And, they thought it was great that they were told what items they could buy based on Whitmer’s decision as to what was an “essential” purchase?

No. Most thought James Craig (Detroit Police Chief Ret.) could at least generate the most interest, but he had issues with gathering signatures. Michigan voters are generally down the middle politically and have been for a long time. Abortion & Guns (Oxford shooting) are big issues, and obviously that had an impact. The economy is doing well comparatively. Covid. Although most people were not happy about, is not an issue as the state has been open for well over a year.
