Beauty pageants fall comfortably within this ambit. The panel noted that it is commonly understood that beauty pageants are generally designed to express the “ideal vision of American womanhood.” The panel held that the Pageant’s message cannot be divorced from the Pageant’s selection and evaluation of contestants. The Pageant would not be able to communicate “the celebration of biological women” if it were forced to allow Green to participate. The First Amendment affords the Pageant the ability to voice this message and to enforce its “natural born female” rule.
Might they actually uphold the Second Amendment protections of the right to keep and bear arms?

It’s the Ninth circuit. Thus, the reasoning had to be males and make believe genders can be excluded if there are not enough bathrooms to accomodate them thus creating inhumane conditions for them

the 9th circuit is not your old 9th circuit because Trump got to appoint so many judges to this court that underwent a high turnover during his term.
You know America is taking its last breath when we start arguing over whether or not men can be Miss America. This country definitely needs to start culling the heard. A lot of these cattle are a waste of oxygen and grass burgers.

Errr… we already have one Justice named Ketanji who tells us she doesn’t know what a woman is because she’s not a biologist. Several more justices like her and this country’s screwed bigly.
