It’s been reported in other articles that there was a third person in the house, and that the hammer was Paul’s. As well, the cops were the ones to break the patio door to gain entry after they received a wellness call from someone. A release of the security footage for the estate would clear up a lot. Or did someone deliberately turn the cameras off so no one would see Paul bringing this guy inside the house? Too many unanswered questions, and an ambiguous scenario.
The investigation is now being solely handled by the Nancy Pelosi controlled Capital Police…

(confirmed) Now the local SF TV station that reported DePape was in his underwear has retracted that. Possible the same reporter that was overheard on scene talking to his producer, and asked if he could share that his sources are saying DePape is a radical nudist activist in the Castro district, but was told he could not report that.
(confirmed) The 2 websites that showed he was a right winger, were actually created on Friday about 6 hours after the attack. This can be verified by looking them up on the Internet Archive. Org (Wayback machine). I did look, and its true they were created on Friday. Now they have been taken down.

The cops could not have been the ones to break the patio glass. It was broken from the inside, not the outside. There is so much garbled “reporting” about this incident that it’s impossible to know the truth at this point. We might never learn the truth.
That is true. In addition, the idea of Mr. Pelosi speaking in code to the 911 operator is ridiculous. I can imagine some very specific code words for famous people with special protection details, but saying some intruder is a "friend" to the 911 operator is not a realistic code word.
The whole story is wildly improbable. Lets see the police body cam footage and the security footage and see the name and statements of the extra person who was in the house to open the door for the police.
