I highly doubt that it would be granted. If it is, they won’t let him do his program. This is all about silencing Bannon.

I listen to Bannon 4 hours a day—in the background when I walk my dog and work on my laptop. Every day I’m wistful that it could be the last—2 months or 2 years in prison for him would be like Elvis drafted to the Army at the height of his talent. What a waste.
