Yes, that is a better strike for a strong adult, with the added benefit of the fingers poking the eyes.

For a young girl, I think breaking the nose would be the better move.

But anything decisively saying ENOUGH! of inappropriately touching young girls is A-OK in my book!

One of the strikes I learned a long time ago is called ‘’Chicken Head Strike’’.
Crooking one hand into the shape of a chicken you strike with the part at the very top of the wrist. Done from underneath (in an upward movement) you can break the jaw.

Strike out ward from the shoulder and you can break someones nose.
