Speaking of laughing people to death....have you seen the old video of the experiment with British soldiers dosed with LSD without their knowledge? They got these kids tripping, and then sent them on field exercises to see what would happen...
To: Oldeconomybuyer
Why?
Their job is to kill people and break things - no reason to be concerned with ‘carbon neutral’.

I hope this guy walks into traffic.
One less human carbon footprint.

So our miltary now has at least 2 sets of political commissars that commanders have to answer to: 1) Equity and (2) Environmental.
We need to develop a cool acronym like E2.

The President as Commander in Chief has the plenary authority to relieve all guilty officers of their commands. Whether he can fire them or not, I don’t know. Washington, Madison, and Lincoln all took command of US forces in the field, under their constitutional authority as Commander in Chief. If you can command forces in the field, you can unilaterally relieve subordinates that no longer repose your trust and confidence. But will the next President *do it*?
To: Tallguy
They need Gomer Pyle style blanket parties.

This is what you have when affirmative action, non-pilot’s are promoted to the senior flag ranks. Not a clue of how the world actually works. Harris is the civilian equivalent...laughable.

Wasn’t just in the book. Political officers were a real fact of life in the Soviet military. Now, they are a fact of life in ours.

Can’t wait to see the first supersonic electric powered fighter aircraft.
And the fleet of remodeled B-52 bombers running on solar power.

I dont think Trump had any good idea what he was up against. Nobody ever remembers the massive purges of the generals under Obama.
