I am an Army retiree myself. I wouldn’t advise anyone to join todays armed forces.

Put my first CSM in charge of the whole thing and he would straighten that $hit out in under a week. Gonna be lots of hurt feelings though.
My 1975 vintage draft card came with a 1A status and a lottery number of 319. I was 10 months from graduation day at UCSD. I graduated at age 19 and never heard a word from selective service.

When the old guard observed that homosexuals in the military would undermine moral, they knew what they were talking about.
The mission of the military should be single-minded: national defense.
Under the degenerate, woke, decadent leadership of the Democrats/RINOs, the mission is inclusiveness and diversity. They're not going to have an effective military like that.
If course the woke mob doesn't care. Their objective is the destruction of the USA from within. They are a fifth column. And their successes so far have astonished--and delighted--even them--and, of course, America's enemies abroad.

Ironic how the media focuses obsessively on lauding cowards and traitors in Russia while virtually ignoring the numerical collapse of Capitol District armed forces in the US.
Our enemies are engaging in a long war aimed at killing the next generation of soldier, not our current army.
Remember when Donald Rumsfeld famously said "You go to war with the army you have, not the army you want to have?" Our enemies have twisted that into "You will go to war with the army you will have, not the army you have now."
It's time to for the states to invoke the Aricle IV Invasion Clause and close the borders themselves, if the Biden administration refuses to see what's really going on.

I think we’re in serious trouble, folks.
We see dismal numbers this year. If this continues for 2 more years it will be the end of the Army we know and will turn into a summer camp for every misfit and psycho that can be lured into signing up.
I think it already is. Most expressive biblical Christians have been expelled, or soon will be.
I have a relative that is an Army Chaplain, the Army heavy in soldiers from the Deep South that look out for each other. It will be impossible to get rid of the religious soldiers because they are the guts that make the Army run.
