It should be indicated as “INGSOC-TIME”. So then, why then was the hurricane season relatively quiet this year? I recall Michael Moore back in 2005 predicting two or even three Katrina sized storms each year going forward supposedly because of climate change.
Fewer major hurricanes in the last several years. An inconvenient truth.
