I do not known of anyone asked to vote on this either in or outside the climate change community? The media loves to report there is a consensus, but the only factual basis is survey of peer-review articles that address climate change. They assume all the authors of these papers are pro global warming, but do not consider if they are writing these papers just to get research bucks and survive in their institutions. If you want to write research papers on why global warming is false, good luck on getting your funding and THEN having your papers accepted for publication.
