Can someone refresh my memory? Why is it that we apparently do not like Ken Starr?

Can someone refresh my memory? Why is it that we apparently do not like Ken Starr?Ken Starr was like Durham. He was very slow and methodical in his investigation of Clinton. Yet every day, Clinton's lawyers would call a press conference and say how Starr was breaking the law and it was a political witch hunt, and Starr would do NOTHING to counteract it. It went on day after day. Starr allowed himself to be portrayed in the worst possible light and NEVER responded or pushed back against it.

Starr showed inadequate courage and strength against the Clintons when he was special prosecutor, and later, as the president of Baylor University, in dealing with a scandal there. A genuinely nice man and a principled conservative, Starr was liked and respected — and unwilling to be disliked and scorned if that was the price of fully doing his job.
