President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that the Armed Forces of Ukraine had taken control of more than 30 cities and towns in Kharkiv Oblast.
Quote: "Our army, intelligence and the Security Service of Ukraine continue active operations on several fronts. And they are doing it successfully...
At this time, the Armed Forces have liberated and taken control of more than 30 cities and towns in Kharkiv Oblast.
In some villages of the Oblast, measures to check and secure the territory are ongoing; we are gradually taking control of new villages and towns, everywhere we are returning the Ukrainian flag and protection for all our people…
We also do not forget about other fronts. Fierce fighting continues both in Donbas and in the south of our country. I am asking Ukrainians from the liberated territory: please inform the representatives of our forces of any information known to you about the crimes committed by the occupiers on Ukrainian land."
Background:
-The Armed Forces of Ukraine started a counteroffensive in the Russian-occupied territories of Ukraine.
-On 8 September, it became known that the Defence Forces of Ukraine had already reclaimed more than 700 square kilometres on the Kharkiv and Pivdennyi Buh fronts.
-On 8 September, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, the President of Ukraine, confirmed the information that army units liberated the city of Balakliia in Kharkiv Oblast.
At the very least NOT going according to Putin’s plan.
Now that Ukraine is not only winning, Ukraine is undeniably cleaning Russian clocks from Kharkiv to Kherson, all the pro-invaders have nothing to say.
Don’t you worry they will show up, like a bunch of drunk Russian soldiers
What is left of those 30 settlements after weeks and weeks of indiscriminate Russian shelling?
