By the way, PROCON, I had a tech question concerning a minor issue, but did not see where I could ask someone for help, so I ask it here.
Pardon me for using this forum.
In the last two maybe three weeks, I suddenly noticed that when I post a response here, there is a set of parentheses after my name that I don’t recall asking for.:
i.e. Lee Martell ()
I probably did it myself, but I don’t know how to get rid of those brackets and not sure who to ask about something of that nature.
Can you please refer me to the correct staff person for such
a problem?
**I hope you can resolve your Facebook status soon or find another stand by website. Dem encroachment continues.
I’m not an FR Admin, only admin on FB.
I’ve seen that on lots of peoples’ posts; sometimes it’s just a letter, too. I’ve wondered if it could be some typing error that accidentally affects the ‘sig’ field...
re: name ()
When you post, below the main posting window is a Tagline: (optional, printed after your name on post).
You probably have a space (space) in that tagline box. Delete any space or character(s) in that box and the () should disappear.
The empty set of “( )” after your FR handle is where your Tagline would appear, if you typed one in the blank text field below the main “Your Reply” text box.
Try clearing the tagline box when you next post.
Even a blank space there will make the parentheses appear.
You notice that some of us have tag lines, and that they appear in parentheses after our handles? You appear to have a tagline of a single space.
Let me try something...

You have one or more spaces in your tagline area that you cannot see.
