He was still a Premier. This would be like refusing Reagan a state funeral because the Bushes hated him.

He was still a Premier.


He was the Communist Party Gen. Secretary and then President. Unlike Reagan he was not elected, merely promoted through the party hierarchy.

So.. the analogy would be with Biden, not with Reagan.

An attempt to run for elected Presidency in the late 1990s resulted in about 1% of the votes.

And with Biden,... does he deserve anything more than a footnote (”disaster”).
