A heroic World War II veteran who bravely spoke up for gay rights in the “Don’t ask, don’t tell” era celebrated his 100th birthday with a snazzy rainbow-colored hat and matching birthday cake last month.
Rupert “Twink” Starr — an LGBTQ activist who earned a Bronze Star for his bravery during the Battle of the Bulge — threw a birthday bash with pals at his home in Columbus, Ohio, on July 16, according to reports.
At the party, the spunky centenarian wore flamboyantly decorated pink costume glasses and a hat topped with rainbows as he sat in a wheelchair and munched rainbow-colored cake.

There are lots of gaywads in the Military - boys and girls both. It’s always been a thing. (Where do you think that famous trope about the Navy comes from?)
In ancient times gaywads and eunuchs distinguished themselves in war. (Look it up.) I’ve known some notable homos who were military people and were - without a doubt or any dispute - very brave and very fine fighters. But, you know, gay. They still went to war.
Today of course it’s a different deal - but who can say that gaywads and trannies in the military are any worse than gals who enlist JUST so they can get cush benefits and stay on a desk job for their entire enlistment because they get knocked up as soon as they’re out of boot camp?

They talk about “Don’t ask, don’t tell” as if it were some kind of holy grail for gays in the military. When in reality, it forced them back into the closet, and made them stay there quietly.

He has been used to elevate the pervert class in our society. He will be used for that purpose until the day he dies, and also afterwards.
“Used” is the correct term, for those using him are not flesh and blood.
No one will be delivered or condemned because of the things written in the books but only because their names are or are not written in the Lamb’s Book of Life. Maybe he will yet repent?
