My rant:

Do NOT give legitimacy to the FBI illegal actions against President Trump. The worst thing we can do is treat anything coming out of the DNC-Law Enforcement/Media as anything but a lie and a ruse.

Don’t believe a stinking word!

Certainly, do not treat their massive abuse of the law for politics as anything but the crime it is!!!

At this point, nothing they can say matters, when they have been proven to lie in order to get him so many times now.

We are well beyond the point of listening to somber-faced newsreaders telling us about classified documents or disputes about paperwork—so what Britt, Don, Tom, David, Norah, Lester, Wolf? So F-n what? You think this is real? We know how much you despise him.

What the FBI/DOJ did was designed to stop Trump politically—nothing, and I mean nothing more. Seriously, it could be anything from first degree murder to letting his dog take a poop on the sidewalk and not pick it up; they don’t care about the crime, just the (so-called, in their minds) criminal Donald J. Trump.

The actual reason they hate Trump is because he stands up for us, the normal, somewhat conservative but always generous American people. He is the really first populist president in the last 100 years, maybe ever.

They cannot stand us flyover deplorables who don’t agree with their gay worshiping wokeness, capitalist hate and anti-Americanism.

Just laugh at their heavy-handedness. They’re keystone cops unworthy of respect or seriousness.

The Communist Party is always accusing everyone else of being Nazis and Fascists, yet they have no problem with them when it is their own Police State. America lost all of its Rights on 8/8 when the DNC’s Gestapo knocked down the doors of Mara Lago and would not allow his lawyers to witness their ransacking of his home. The FBI and Wray has officially declared war on Trump and the freedoms of America. The dirty cops inside the FBI gives the other 5% a bad name so the FBI may as well toss Lady Liberty into the bay.

At least this time they had their little subpoena signed off by a Cracker Jack judg…er…Magistrate which is one step above County Clerk. Of course, Pravda is repeating everything the Dept of Justice spews and claiming he had some Presidential papers he is not supposed to have. They make this ridiculous statement and then do not list the papers he possessed. Never mind a President has the highest level of security on the planet or no other President had to endure this outrageous attack, or has the power to declassify anything he wants, he is Donald J Trump so the ends justifies the means with these Jackboot thugs.

This is the same Marxists who burned the families in Waco, shot the holdouts at Ruby Ridge and could not find the other bombers at Oklahoma City. The same Bureau who missed 9/11 and have botched investigation after investigation. They have cost far more lives than they have saved which is why America is trashing them. When it comes to honor and integrity someone needs to tell Wray both of them are earned and not given which is something they have not done.

The FBI has actually been at war with America since the Clintons and now that Obama is President, they believe they have cart blanche against freedom loving patriots who they despise. Trump is only half of what the 8/8 raid was about, the other half was telling the American people they no longer have the right to their own homes and never will. The FBI or any other agency including the IRS can kick in your door for anything they deem illegal and can stay until they find something to jail you for. This is now the Soviet Union of America and these agencies could not be more pleased.

The war on the people really began during the China Flu when all of DC declared Fauci was Cesar and whatever he proclaimed was to be followed without question. Now they are in panic mode as Trump is winning election after election in blowouts and their last hope for his prosecution is about to go down in a Wyoming grassfire. Those sources inside the Obama Whitehouse are saying it is a circular firing squad happening as they are pointing the fingers at everyone for suggesting and carrying out the FBI Jackboot raid.

The most interesting rumor is they were hunting for Trump’s copy of the Epstein visitors list. That rumor has all sorts of interesting names besides both Clintons and the entire Biden family although why that would concern them is a mystery. Has Chris Wray’s boys figured out the password and is it scrubbed with bleach or something?
Director Wray is rumored to be one of the names along with a who’s who of DC royalty in both politics and media. You know, all the people who are in a constant state of outrage over slavery and women’s rights? How would it look if a few of those claiming there would be a whirlwind of violence and attacks were ones contributing to young girls getting pregnant?

Amazing how this rumor sounds so familiar to the John Dean Watergate rumor the FBI broke into the DNC HQ to retrieve pictures showing Mrs. Dean was actually a call girl and they did not that scandal to occur. What are the odds it happening on 8/8 the day Nixon resigned or 8/8 the dog whistle the Dems claim means H/H or Heil Hitler, take your pick? According to the source both of these the reason they picked the day and they were letting the Trumpsters know the Nazi Police State is here and be ready for complete abuse of their power as retribution for Trump’s victories.

What Fascists don’t understand and cannot comprehend in their pea brains is God is still in control and allowing them the power to destroy America. They do not understand how big a miracle it was for Trump to win against the entire hurricane of the One World Gummit or the Agencies, let alone the DNC and media, yet he did, twice.

They also do not understand how their hatred of Trump exposes them to the entire world for what evil people they truly are. They watched Trump sweep Arizona and the entire Obama administration exploded and Michelle said they need to send a message to Trump before everything is exposed next year. They know their entire network from China to Ukraine with all of the bribes and laundries are out in the open and when these Trumpsters are elected they will have the power of investigation setting up 2024 for full exposure throughout the Smelly City in the Swamp.

The source says Michelle’s nickname is Mud now as she did not realize people would not cheer and applaud the raiding of Trump’s house or relate it to their own homes and families being invaded by thirty fully armed goons. Why did they spend hours in the home when all of the docs were stored in one secured room? If they can break down the ex-President of the United State’s door over a few pieces of paper then what is slowing them down from your door? Show me the man and I will show you the crime.

After the country was locked down over Cold-19 the District of Criminals they believed they had ultimate power to abuse at their leisure. They watched Trump getting more and more powerful as the 1/6 Kangaroo Court was mocked throughout the country. They watched their poll numbers plummeting while the economy collapsed while nothing they were doing for Cold-19 made a difference, unless you call healthy young men dying of heart attacks a good thing.

That is when they decided to double down like they did against General Flynn pulling out an obscure law nobody enforces and charge someone. This is when they found the hundred-year-old documents law and sent a SWAT team to get it rather than a library card. This is what happens when you have Centralized Gummit and Marxism where you advance people on their treachery rather than their accomplishment. The Barak regime is all political hacks who got their starts inside the corrupt Chicago machine and now is running America the same way.

Everyone knows Barak is a Manchurian Candidate who was groomed his entire life. He was an Affirmative Action candidate and has gotten to where he is by the amount of melanin in his skin than the brains in his head. He can read speeches pretty well if you are into staccato diction, but he cannot answer a question impromptu if his life depended. This is why he did tell Michelle this was a really bad idea, not to mention Michelle could bench press him, so he went along with it and had Wray carry it out. Now all they got is boxes of papers which means nothing and if Trump does have the list the source says it was not at Mara Lago. Only this crew would think Trump would be that stupid, he has it right next to Barak’s real Birth Certificate.

God works in mysterious ways and in the middle of the fire is where the darkness is revealed. As it turns out, God is showing you cannot govern on hatred and revenge. You may be able to fool a certain number of your cult, but once you go outside the church of secular humanism there is nothing to grab onto.

Calling people names and vilifying only gets you elected but once you get there you expose yourself for the emptiness of your ideas. The Trump raid is simply an example of what is wrong with hate and anger rather than finding solutions which work and have for centuries.

The Trump raid is a perfect symbol of what Barak is doing to the entire country, breaking down doors and occupying it like the Gestapo terrorizing people like the bully you are and coming up hallow again. November is coming President Obama and no amount of Soviet/East German tactics will stop it this time.

The FBI Raids Trumps House in Mar-a-lago.

It happened on August 7, 2022, when our country was made into a third-world jungle that rivaled Venezuela for lack of fair treatment of those in power not liked by those REALLY in power.

Is Trump playing a trick on the FBI? Could the FBI be playing a truck on Trump? Because make no mistake here, this whole thing is part of some grand plan to make Trump look like the bad guy and to prevent him from running for President again. And probably winning, I might add.

I will tell you who I think is behind all this.

I think the Democrats demanded that Merrick Garland go on live TV and say the most routine things. Such as how everyone deserves equal treatment although not one thinking American believes that. If you are the son of Joe Biden, or even the son of Nancy Pelosi.....you get million dollar jobs from the Chinese. I feel quite sure the Chinese control our government and they told the White House that while they ...the Chinese... will allow the Dems a chance to win the midterms, they refused to allow anybody at the White House to make any comments.

I think the Chinese want America to know, without shouting it out, that they are running the show over here. I think it is known that Trump has some documentation detailing how much China controls us, complete with video and audio.

Because Trump has something, somewhere, that makes the Swamp Dwellers look as if they are on the side of those giving them and their children money and power.

And that's none of us, folks.

More is going to come out of this, let us not be fooled. I believe Obama, Hillary, Biden, Pelosi and a few others are all going to come out guilty.

America is going to win this battle, folks.

We really need to drain that Swamp.

The Mighty IRS Will Control Us All

As the Democrats’ spending plan moves closer to a House vote, one of the more controversial provisions — nearly $80 billion in IRS funding, with $45.6 billion for “enforcement” — has raised questions about who the agency may target for audits.

IRS Commissioner Charles Rettig said these resources are “absolutely not about increasing audit scrutiny on small businesses or middle-income Americans,” in a recent letter to the Senate.

However, with the investment projected to bring in $203.7 billion in revenue from 2022 to 2031, according to the Congressional Budget Office, opponents say IRS enforcement may affect everyday Americans.

I have probably had more experience dealing with the IRS than most folk, although I am no expert to be sure. But I have, as expected, a personal anecdote about my dealings with the IRS through the years in my position as a payroll processor.

When one is responsible for processing payroll one must prepare and submit the company's quarterly returns as well as print and distribute year end reports and w-2's to the employees and also to the IRS.

I was working as a temp for a local hospital. I worked as a temp for much of my life. Temps are often needed to help process payroll. Employees will not work if they do not get a paycheck.

While I worked as a temp for this local hospital, I did have to prepare a quarterly return. I had experience and it was not a problem.

I checked all my numbers on the form, which included all the deposits we made of withheld taxes from paychecks and to include matching company deposits for FICA. These number totals should equal the total deposits as recorded by the IRS for the quarter.

So I get a letter from the IRS that something is wrong with my quarterly return. Since I was a temp, the powers in charge at the hospital had only me to question what the hell is wrong with the quarterly return as submitted.

I took all the documentation and detail as I submitted to the IRS. I checked them three times. They always were right and matched the backup. I did, however, discover a mistake made by....get this....THE FREAKING IRS!!!

The IRS failed to note one deposit that I made of withheld taxes. I had the bank backup and the company backup justifying the amount as submitted.

I called the IRS and got in touch with the clerk who declared the hospital's reporting short of funds and we needed to make up the missing amount. I kept telling the IRS clerk she was wrong and sent her all my backup documentatiion.

Yes, I was upset. Here I had the mighty IRS declaring that underpaid payroll withholdings by an amount equal to over $10,000. This was a fairly big hospital.

I was in tears because the money was paid and I had this IRS twerp telling me...well was she telling me that I kept the money. The hospital people in charge kept checking if I got the IRS straight and at this point I was a bit hysterical. I might go to jail. I might never do payroll again.

Finally I called the IRS in tears and FINALLY she said..."ALL RIGHT MISS FISH. I AM SORRY I DID NOT SEE THIS DEPOSIT!"

She talked to the hospital people in charge and explained that it was her error, that the proper amount of payroll taxes withheld had been deposited correctly.

This mighty IRS clerk could have gotten me fired. She could have ruined my life.

Yes, I know that we all make mistakes, to include the IRS.

I will never trust them again.

Believe that they will be coming after all of us.

I have a special attachment to this show and I have a great story behind it.

My first assertion...and let us get this out of the way...I lived for most of my life in the ugliest house in America.

I lived in a couple of ugly houses in my life, in fact. True facts follow.

My father was a carpenter and he loved to build. He would wake up in the morning and by the end of the day a new room might be added on to the house. We had one house that had a boat house with a huge tree growing right through it.

When my father took construction jobs he always managed to get parts of the building being "de-constructed" and bring them home to use for his intended home construction. This was he was working on a job re-modeling Baltimore's famous (at the time) Hippodrome Theater.

As part of this re-model, those once normal part of a movie house in those days was what I call "cushions on the wall". They were, literally, flat boards, covered with a kind of cotton, that this was stapled after covering with leather, onto small boards that were nailed to the theater wall from baseboard to about halfway up the wall. It was decorative but served a purpose...to soften the sound from the movie for human ears.

Anyway, my father got a hold of a bunch of these things as the movie house was, of course, throwing them away for updated technology and look.

Ah, yes indeed, these things were part of my childhood walls up until I was a teenager.

He needed a rail for a new bedroom he was building but none were immediately around. So he went and cut down a small oak tree, sanded off the bark, shellacked it and hung it. It was a great stair rail. Different, but clever.

I actually bought my father's house with the tree stair rail and tree growing through the boat house. I lived in it with my husband for 15 years. We had steps down to the river, a deck that was some 30 feet above the ground, wall tile from old hotels and buildings on our walls.

But that house was situated on one of the most beautiful places on earth. It was located on a small cove off of the Chesapeake Bay. Coves like that are filled with life, ospreys dropping straight down from the sky to grasp a catfish very visible in the shallow waters. Birds would nest in the banks, swans would come to the cove to mate and DUCKS! There were hundreds of ducks!

That's one of the features of this HGTV show, that the ugly houses have to located somewhere special.

This is a great show although I must clarify that the houses are not so much ugly as they are...well like my house, ODD. One house was completely round, one had all the walls covered with linoleum meant for floors.

Why yes, indeed, if my father were involved in de-construction of a structure with linoleum that was going to be thrown away, indeed we'd have a house with walls covered with it.

It's a show that capture's one's interest, especially those of us who understand and have grown to love ugly houses.

You nailed it AB! Most people have only revulsion for this little passion play. They did WHAT? when hearing of FBI rummaging through Melania’s lingerie drawer for 9 hours. At least they didn’t shoot any dogs (that we know of). The memes and photo shopping on Twitter have been hilarious. (e.g. FBI Guy in suit and latex gloves rubbing panties on his face!!)

Yup. I don’t want to hear Gillian ask Romney how serious it is. He didn’t do ANYTHING, you tards! It’s all a sham. Don’t play/pretend the FBI raid was a serious endeavor to find crime.

It's amazing how quickly the disinformation sources have set in after the FBI raid on Trumps casa. Too bad they got zilch.

Probably, the most hilarious thing about the entire event is that it's likely that Eric Trump has the entire nine hour event on tape. Remember when the FBI told him to: "turn the camera system off"? Well: seems he "forgot"! Anyway, it's very likely the good guys have the deep state FBI goons on tape in living color with back packs loaded with who knows what roaming through Maralago for nine hours. By the way they should have recused themselves due to other indiscretions on their part but they are lawless, so that won't matter.

The bigger question now is will they physically go after Trump and try and arrest him for killing 20 kittens and 6 puppies. Not that they would make anything up or anything like that. Just that they can't afford to have him going around chumming up conservative voters from state to state for the base between now and November.That would not bode well for their communist agenda.They would and will lose their ass in November and they know it.

Disqualification from Public Office Under the 14th Amendment

Section 3 of the Fourteenth Amendment was originally intended to keep former Confederate officials from gaining power in the reconstructed government following the Civil War. Known as the "disqualification clause," this section was fairly obscure until January 6, 2021, when supporters of then-President Donald Trump stormed the United States Capitol building.

What Is the Disqualification Clause?

Fourteenth Amendment, Section 3:

"No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice-President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any state, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof."

Could the disqualification clause prevent Donald Trump from running for president in 2024?

Theoretically, yes. Section 3 of the Fourteenth Amendment gives Congress the power to disqualify someone who has already held a public office from holding "any office" if they participate in an "insurrection or rebellion" against the United States.

But since this mechanism has never been used against a president, there are still questions to resolve. The disqualification clause applies to current and former federal officials, state officials, and military officials. However, legal scholars are split on whether the disqualification clause applies to the presidency. It's likely the 14th Amendment will continue to come up in conversations approaching the 2024 presidential election.

Is disqualification different than impeachment? Yes. Someone who is impeached could be disqualified from holding public office in the future if they are convicted, and Congress applies such a punishment. But this is separate from disqualification under the 14th Amendment. Under Sections 3 and 5 of the Fourteenth Amendment, Congress could bar someone from holding office. But unlike an impeachment conviction, that decision could be overturned by the courts. Most importantly, under the 14th Amendment, disqualification requires only a simple majority vote, not the two-thirds vote needed to convict during an impeachment trial.

It will be interesting if Trump will release the video, but he should. It would show them for the bumbling idiots they are.

No matter what they charge him with now, nobody will take them serious from here on out.

IMO DOJ will indict Trump before the midterms. Garland has committed himself to this course of action working with the J6 Committee. Dems believe that it will energize their base along with the climate deal. As many in the MSM posit, Garland has crossed the Rubicon.

Biden has delivered his agenda as promised thanks to the RINOs.

So it’s possible that before the first of the year when congress changes they could try and declassify Trump. I wonder if the new congress can reclassify him? Talk about desperte,the dems know that as long as Trump is viable for 2024 they know they are dead.

Legal scholars? REAL legal scholars would know the history of this amendment and what the framers of it were trying to do.

The clause was written for and about former Confederate officials. As far as I know, almost every one of them was a democrat.

Trump is neither a democrat nor a Confederate. He never led a rebellion or fought in a war of secession.

Saying that this clause of the Fourteenth can be used against Trump is not scholarship, but perverted, deliberate stupidity masking as a thoughtful argument.

The FBI violated - with the help of that judge - the 4th Amendment. My 16 year old son had an argument on a news site, when he asked a liberal if the FBI violated the 4th, the liberal told him to FO, so he replied: As usual, if you liberals don’t have an honest answer you get mad! Congrats, I knew you didn’t have an answer.

That's for sure. It's amazing that everything the dems do bodes bad for them in November. When they self destruct they sure do one hell of a job it.
