I think the SC will refuse to take the case because they’re corrupt.

What does that say of our legal system?

Avoid it at all costs.

Just spread the “non-slanderous” story about judge William O. Bertelsman and the goat.

86-year-old William "Odious" Bertelsman, still stoogin' for Peanut Boy Carter since 1979.

Last year, Odious Billy enforced a Beshear mask mandate, because "Lefty stooge-judge".

"Damn, I was hoping he’d bankrupt ALL of the corrupt, leftist media companies, or at least damage them financially bigtime."

This lawsuit was against Nathan Phillips (the injun that yelled at Sandman while Sandman smiled back with that evil racist smile of his /sarc. LOL I didn't expect much from this lawsuit.

But “Phillips’s statements that Sandmann “blocked” him and “wouldn’t allow (him) to retreat” are objectively unverifiable and thus unactionable opinions,” U.S. District Judge William O. Bertelsman wrote in a ruling filed Tuesday.

"Objectively unverifiable"??? The whole thing is on video. It most certainly is - entirely verified. Not even debatable.

It would go the 6th Circuit first.

Recon Ranger and stolen valor Vietnam vet, Nathan Phillips who never left the states. He was also a longtime professional political activist and agitator.

“I’m a Vietnam Vet. I served in Marine Corps 72 to 76. I got discharged May 5, 1976. I got honorable discharge and one of the boxes shows peacetime or, what my box says is that I was **in theater**. I don’t talk much about my Vietnam times.”

I think Phillips was in refrigeration or something as a Marine reservist.

The media was never interested in Phillips.

Military records provided to the Washington Examiner show that Phillips, who went by his adopted name “Nathaniel Stanard” at the time, served in the Marine Corps Reserve between 1972 to 1976 and held the rank of private, E-1, on April 18, 1975. According to records obtained by former Navy SEAL Don Shipley, Phillips was listed as absent without leave three times.

“The Federal judiciary is hopelessly corrupted as is the DOJ. We are no longer a government of law.”

Wow! Overturning Roe, supporting the 2nd amendment and busting the EPA by the USSC proves the courts are corrupted. What color is the sky in your upside-down, psychotic world?

How does informing you of USSC decisions make me a Biden troll? You’re a pretentious wimp who doesn’t like being scolded with facts.

There is one Supreme Court - there are hundreds of politicized district courts Which have far more impact on lives. You don’t have a clue about facts. You are either a troll or an idiot. Which is it?

He did sue the media outlets. And settled with at least one of them.

It was 2 TV media and 1 newspaper; suit was for $300 mil plus. No disclosure as to settlement. The commie judge threw out 5 more TV and a magazine (Rolling Stone), I think.
