Incidence seems consistent with the geographic distribution of chlamydia or other STDs.
IT’s not a ‘new’ disease, it’s been around for centuries in Africa. Occasionally had breakouts in Europe and the Americas but nothing serious and as quickly contained thru quarantines.
Some even predicted that once smallpox vaccinations ended, Monekypox would take its place......

Each state and county has their on public health reporting system that report instances of communicable diseases. There are over 3100 counties in the US. They can’t all be corrupted.................
So shut down the bathhouses and disable the gay hookup apps.
