Maryland: With 20% in, Trump-endorsed Dan Cox leading 53-42

Posted on 07/19/2022 6:48:47 PM PDT by cotton1706

This is only an 8,000 vote lead, so could change.

But encouraging.

“...we’ll see what happens when they stop counting for the night....”

How can there be an honest election if the vote count isn’t stopped for an honest review.?

Cox’s lead is gaining. 16,000 votes and a 16 point lead. He’s going to take the nomination.

I’ve lost faith in fair elections. If Cox wins, it is because Democrats think him easier to beat.

Hogan’s preferred stooge is himself.

Don’t Democrats outnumber Republicans by more than 2-1 in Maryland? Any “Republican” who can actually win the governor’s mansion in that state isn’t going to be worth two cents anyway. Better that our people feel good about who they are voting for in a losing effort. I guess…

I just hope it doesn’t wind up being Tom Perez

I mean we got screwed up here in PA, but looking at the Dem returns makes me feel sorry for the Marylanders.

I can’t stand her. Her ads on TV gave no real reason to vote for her. Add to that she was a Hogan flunky.

Her last ad was particularly offensive. She tried to come off as MAGA and she’s definitely not.

My wife sez she reminded her of Kelly Loeffler.

Oh, and I can’t wait to drop a love note to the Democratic Governor’s Association mocking them for all those slick ad mailers against Cox. I can’t WAIT!
