I totally get the surety of the 2nd amendment.
Regardless, I would have no problem with gun and ammunition sales NOT possible except face to face in a store, in the state where the buyer resides. And, I have no problem with a weapons sales person denying a sale to someone, without having to give any reason for the denial - I don’t have to sell something to someone just because they want it; the property is mine until I sell it and I can refuse to sell to anyone.
“Its amazing that people still judge based on appearance.”
Only the young and stupid think appearances do not matter. They always matter.
No one knows, for sure.
Except crazy mom and (now deceased) grandma.
The press sure doesn’t.
Don’t forget the grandfather who explained he lived free at grandmothers And don’t forget evidence if his life
Why do you find it hard to think he could have paid for weaponry?
Because I don’t believe the media hype. No one knows, for certain, how long he lived at any of their homes...or, what he did/didn’t earn, or, spend his money on.
Why do you find it easy to believe he paid for weaponry?
Because the media is reporting so? They’ve become so reliable and honest, as we’ve seen over the past four years ++ ... right? /S
I have not read any media reporting on how he paid for it.
Merely that he got it
Do you have a media source hyping how he paid for it?
Except for baked goods.
It could be because those judgements are correct so often. A person's appearance reflects the choices they make about who they want to be associated with.
No….and, that’s EXACT my point. Know one knows, for sure.
Thanks ;-)
People who can't behave are why we can't have nice things. Don't go kill yourself trying to understand what it means that be clean in mind and body.
I lived in Northern California for a long time, prime grounds for judging people by their appearance. I got over that a long time ago. Except in these two areas, neck tats and dead eyes(well a couple of others relating to potential danger). Dead eyes are most commonly associated with narcissist, psychopaths and people that suffer from antisocial personality disorder (ASPD). It isn’t just if they’re taking Claritin or not there are other “tells”. If you’re interested you can search on it and there are lots of differing opinions on what it means and how it works. I first learned about it in my 20s from a guy who was an interrogator in Vietnam. They are trained in that along with other skills relating to “tells” that people have while under interrogation. That guy could spend five minutes with you and tell you pretty much your life history, how your parents treated you and what kind of life you had up to that point. People with dead eyes often make other people uncomfortable even though their behavior may be perfectly acceptable in the social situation there in. Ted Bundy had some serious dead eyes.
As far as denying somebody their Second Amendment rights to buy a gun, every gun store I’ve ever worked in there was always competition within a mile that was willing to sell anybody a firearm anytime they wanted it. So I guess it was a right delayed but not denied. The owners that I’ve worked for always took it very seriously if we’re going to deny someone a transfer of a weapon balanced when with their chances of getting sued when somebody misused a weapon. I’ve seen people come in to buy a gun and pull out their money and have a bag of weed fallout on the counter, then lie on their 4473. Some of them are just plain stupid.
When it comes to piercings, tattoos, and clothing, that's EXACTLY what Liberty means.
And no one is saying they know for sure
BUT the media isn’t hyping he bought them on his own.
We here in FR are looking at facts and known lifestyle
And Opining he easily could have.
His grandfather said no one would buy weapons for him . He bought them on his 18th birthday
So if it wasn’t from money he saved do you think someone gave him money?
I support a red flag law that couldn't be abused, they's at Walmart in the aisle next to the real live unicorns for sale - just $127.98. .
Agitrop article
Nothing ‘chilling’ about this. What I want to know, is where did he come up with all that cash? Did the FBI supply it?
Dress like a freak and don't bitch when people treat you like a freak. Because being out of the norm makes you a risk factor for anyone that would give you any responsibility.
You screwed up your life, I won't let you screw up mine or my business.
Did hid grandma die? I thought she had recovered from the gunshot.
NOW you're saying that they can be used for grounds for you not hiring them. Two VERY different arguments.
I found this....
....For days, the world thought she was dead — the first of the many that would die on a May day that scarred the community of Uvalde, Texas, forever.
But Celia Gonzales, the first person shot by her grandson Salvador Ramos on the day of the slaughter at Robb Elementary School, defied death and has now been discharged from the hospital, according to KHOU-TV.
When a blood-covered Gonzales came out of her home that day, she told her neighbors, “Look at what he did to me,” according to the Daily Mail.
But although the 66-year-old woman is out of the hospital, her battle is far from over....
I'm sure thorough investigations, in to all of the world's/Texas'/FReeper’s questions, will be completed in a timely fashion.
🙃
Thanks for the clarification.
