I believe both men and women can serve but in segregated units. No women in combat for sure. Of course they shouldn't be on submarines, they were banned until recently.

It makes a lot of difference when the bodies are paraded before each other during the stress, fear, and high adrenaline output that happens in these type of situations. If it can, it will. And this doesn’t take into account the efforts to get pregnant to be deployed home, and possibly discharged. People will do a lot of things during stress and fear circumstances as a grasp at personal safety when fear takes a hold.

Stop Loss is a desperate measure with real repercussions.
While they can hold a relatively small number of critical staff, they quickly run into an issue where others don't cross-train into the Stop-Lossed field. Also, many of those who were Stop-Lossed separate en masse once the restriction is lifted.
I witnessed Stop Loss on certain aircraft maintenance and medical specialty codes. It covered their staffing in the short term but damned the fields in the mid to long term. The re-enlistment bonuses jumped way up for years afterward.
Thye will do a stop-loss and the Biden admin will claim it is needed because unemployment is so low and the economy is so good they can’t get recruits. You watch.

To me, it means that the Justice intends to be political and legislate from the bench. Roe vs Wade is an example of that. We need to impeach Justices who are legislating from the bench because that is reserved to the Legislative Branch of government.
