Even if the government colluded with Pfizer, how does that make Mr. Jackson’s grievance against Pfizer less valid. Mr. Jackson ought to be allowed to pursue his legal quest for compensation. If Pfizer lied and defrauded, Mr. Jackson’s personal reputation, through no fault of his own was damaged by his association with the company.
AGREE!
Sir, this is a court of law, not a court of justice.
The last few years have demonstrated that “justice” is mainly a vehicle for evil

If I’m reading this correctly, it looks like the plaintiff may have a legitimate claim against Pfizer for wrongful termination, but this wasn’t filed as a wrongful termination lawsuit. The False Claims Act is a different angle altogether … and may pay settlements based on the financial loss incurred by the government itself rather than based on the merits of the wrongful termination case.
I think both parties, the fda and Pfizer, conspired to defraud the United States, which is a crime.
The act of committing a crime can’t protect Pfizer in the case of defrauding the United States.
