The pro-abortionist (Minton) who made this “because I say so and you get no explanation” ruling is in his final term on the court. So is the Deputy Chief Justice (Hughes).
At least one conservative (or so he describes himself) is running to replace Minton.
The other 2 Democrats are running for re-election; Nickell is unopposed but Keller has an opponent who presumably isn’t a leftist like her.
I wonder why pro-lifers aren’t rioting, with the full approval of law enforcement and the media, at Minton’s house as would be happening if he had ruled against the Cult of Death?
