I think that's the point. There are some people calling for those travel bans, which I believe are both unconstitutional and offensive. Hutchinson is wrong bout some other things, but right in opposing that.

Very simply, you can’t. People have the right to freely travel between states.

Same question popped into my mind; how do you stop (at least in this country so far) a woman, pregnant or not, from getting into her or a friends car, getting a bus ticket, train ticket, or airline ticket to any state in the USA?

Can’t write any state law that could prevent it, UNCONSTITUTIONAL AS HELL.

I can’t think of any state legislature that would even try it, not California, Oregon, or Washington and they are the most COMMUNIST/TOTALITARIAN states we have outside of New York!
