Representative Jim Jordan (R-OH) touted the Supreme Court’s ruling on Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health, which overturned the high court’s 1973 Roe v. Wade ruling.
Jordan told Fox News the decision was not only a “win for life,” the Constitution, and common sense but also a “victory over the intimidation tactics of the left.”
“[T]he left … will always try and intimidate you,” Jordan declared. “But this decision this week was a win for life, was a win for the Constitution, a win for common sense. God bless the Supreme Court. And God bless President Trump. This doesn’t happen if he doesn’t put the right people on the court. I mean, this is — this was a huge victory for life. But it was also a victory over the intimidation tactics of the left.”
“Never forget the pattern here. It started with the Kavanaugh confirmation, all the crazy things they did. Then it was Schumer on the steps of the Supreme Court saying all the ridiculous things he said. It was Jerry Nadler introducing a bill to pack the court. It was the intimidation tactics they tried to use against Justice Thomas and his wife. And, of course, then it was the leak of the draft opinion. It was a hearing the Judiciary Committee had on this subject matter pending in front of the court on the abortion issue. And then, of course, it was the assassination attempt on a sitting United States Supreme Court justice.”
Jordan added, “But none of that mattered. The court did the right thing. And they said the Constitution means what it says, and we got a victory for life. But, again, this doesn’t happen if President Trump doesn’t do what he said he would do and put the right people on our highest court.”

The battle front has changed now since the libs no longer controls the Supreme court. Thus the supreme court is not relevant to the fight.
So where does the fighting front go to and how do we respond?

The SCOTUS surrendered power and turned it back to the states.
This was the most constitutional decision I have ever read, better than Heller and other firearm rights decisions.
So, WHO leaked?
This was a huge victory, let there be no doubt. Whenever decisions are moved from the national to the local the people win and typically so does conservative values.
Just look at the school debate. We’ve gone nowhere in 30 years until it became a local issue and a local focus.
The fight goes to the states and cities.
Believe me, Texas will enact strong pro-life laws, but cities like Houston and Austin will pass their own in defiance.
We may see pre-emption laws revoking cities from laws that differ from state laws.
This works in Pennsylvania for gun control, stopping cities from passing their own gun control laws.....even though they keep trying and the courts keep smacking them down.
The deep state is still using illegal surveillance to intimidate and blackmail people for political reasons. That explains the leak. And I think that abortion is good coverage for another steal this November. The deep state obviously still has roberts by the kiwis - did you read his idiotic “reasoning” - reminiscent of the Obamacare “reasoning”.

It moves to:
1) Your State Legislature. States are now free to restrict or even outlaw the abominable practice of baby-killing.
2) The US Congress. Congress probably has no authority to legislate on the matter, other than as regards federal lands such as military bases. It definitely does have authority there, including the authority to prohibit baby-killing on federal property.
3) Most importantly the front is, as it has always been, in the hearts and minds of your neighbors. Baby-killing is a spiritual problem (or a mental problem if you prefer). The greatest victory is persuading your family, friends, and neighbors that baby-killing is a grave evil to be avoided.
Jordan’s point is that the Supreme Court is the front line. If the commies steal the elections in November, the battles will get more intense! If not, the house and senate is where the battles will occur unless the shooting starts!
