Nice of you to start allowing citizens to enjoy the rights they already had before you ripped them off and SC stopped you 🤪

Smart dude but it will likely still need some legislation to fix it permanently. For NJ, it is Cheaper now to comply than face the lawsuits you will not win. The great carnac sees California will be dragged kicking and screaming.

This was the best SCOTUS session of my life. Thank you God. Thank you to the plaintiffs who fought uphill battles to SCOTUS. Thank you Justices Alito, Thomas and the three Trump appointees. Thank you President Trump.

Just shy of constitutional carry.
Somebody with deep pockets needs to push that one into the courts.

Aren’t there people in NJ prisons for violating their carry laws? Are they going to set them free?

Good point. All the pot convictions were overturned in the states that legalized it.

I think a cop was moving from NH, or somewhere near it, down to Virginia I think.
Got pulled over in NJ and they arrested him.
I think he got prison time...
I’ll check, unless someone else remembers.

They may be required to approve applications, but they are not required to fund enough people to process the applications.

That will be the next trick.

"This was the best SCOTUS session of my life."

Gotta put this one second. The overthrow of Roe v. Wade is first (IMO). But then, I am Catholic.
