Agin. There are three and only three genders feminine, masculine, and neutral. It is purely a grammatical category. There are only two sexes, male and female, a biological category. Sex is determined by one’s genes- xy is male and xx is female. Reproductive parts are the outward manifestation of genes and in extremely rare cases may be ambiguous but are not in themselves determinative.
