So the blockade of the RR corridor is being used to instigate a Russian “attack” in order to justify a total NATO vs Russia war.

This is the Big Lie being pushed by Russia disinformation.

Russia is not going to attack Lithuania. That would pull NATO into the war in Ukraine, which is the absolute last thing Russia wants or needs. Russian knows it, and NATo knows it. NATO has a vastly superior strategic position, and Russia already has all can handle with the war in Ukraine.

Because Russia is powerless to do anything about those actions, the only weapon it has is propaganda. So, they are trying to kill the EU/NATO sanctions by promoting the bogus idea that they'll start World War 3.

Assuming Russia truly is winning in Ukraine, why the hell would they risk snatching defeat from the jaws of victory by pulling in NATO, simply to get some industrial materials to Kaliningrad? It makes zero sense, but the pro-Russian lobby is pushing that narrative anyway because they are rooting for Russia's expansion and success.

Stop watching tv news, you sound so brainwashed its scary. I suppose you still think Russia influenced the 2016 election and President trump is a Russian agent.

I think this is knee-jerk posturing by Russia especially after the recent diplomatic kerfuffle about Russia talking about "revoking the independence" of Lithuania.

I think that Russia will decide that now is not the time to settle this by force. They want to win the war in Ukraine first and then deal with other matters such as this. So they may elect to wait, hoping that the sanctions will be removed. If so, there is no need to take further action as Lithuania will abide by the treaty provisions once again. If not, then they will have a lot of troops freed up with which they can threaten Lithuania. In such a case, Lithuania may elect to withdraw their enforcement of the sanctions due to the presence of a large number of Russian troops on their border.
