Very clever wording on the part of Hillary. The Democrats know a Biden run for reelection would doom the party in 2024 (coming on the heels of potentially big losses in the midterms.) Biden will be pressured to not seek reelection in order to "spend more time with his family." This opens the door for Hillary. She said she would not challenge Biden for the nomination, but with him out of the way, she can enter the race and still say she kept her word.
Until Biden is told not to run.

Biden provided Hillary with an object lesson. When a used-up lifetime crooked politician seizes the Presidency, it’s a great way to prove his/her incompetence and nuke whatever reputation remained. Hillary is better off quitting while she’s behind.
I really don’t think this plan would go over well with the country. I think even a lot of the Democrats will not go along with this. And I don’t think Harris will just say “Ok, I’ll leave”. Not when she would be the “first black, female” president. She will just be controlled like Biden. She’ll be an Obama Bot.

She’ll engineer “grassroots” - Please Run Hellary Run campaign. Even if it’s one blade of grass with one root the numbers will be exaggerated. It might work if the Rats can’t settle on one from the current cast of ‘pervs’, lunatics and criminals.

Hillary should run for the third time. Then she would have something in the record box.
She’s ‘protesting too much.’ She just wants the desperate to BEG her to run. She’s no more able to withstand the schedule of a grueling campaign than Biden..
