Why doesn’t “Citizen” Trump sue Hillary, Comey, et al? He has the reputation for being litigious. Why not start throwing lawsuits all over the place?
The thing about that is that it is not a crime for the government or the press to lie to the public.
There is a small risk of a civil suit for money damages for defamation, and some such suits are active now. But the broad advancing of a hoax with the purpose of hamstringing POTUS is what I refer to as “legal color revoilution.” Congress and the intelligence community are enemies of the people, but that is not a crime.
