Gun control proponent David Hogg spoke at the June 11 March for Our Lives rally and suggested it is time to treat guns the way anti-tobacco activists treated cigarettes.
“We need to treat guns the way we treated.

They’re already trying this with “no more guns in action movies” and toy companies have been pressured to remove guns from toy tie ins that had guns (even mature movies)

Yeah,after cigarette laws were passed, parents had to hide and lock their cigarettes in their basement safes.
And, kids 10-18 never smoked again.
And nobody has had cancer from cigarettes since those laws were passed.
Most of all, kids have never been seen smoking cigarettes in public and never brought them to school to kill other students with cancer sticks.
Why people wanted to smoke...We addressed it....We did??
