That would all depend on what happens now. If for eight years it is built up as a launching pad for Russian weapons, and they start shelling civilian areas for said time, that might change.

Incidentally, there is no “Minsk Accord” that applies to your hypothetical scenario. You just don’t know right from wrong.

What?! If WHO started shelling civilian areas? You mean if the Nicaraguan central govt. began shelling separatist areas? (Comparable to the Ukrainian government battling with rebels in their eastern-most provinces?)

Then America would invade Nicaragua and come to the aid of the separatists in the break-away areas?

And start dropping thermo-baric bombs, launching ballistic missiles, and holding referendums to see if the locals wanted to become the 51st State?

Whoever believes that nonsense, PLEASE RAISE YOUR HAND!
