I thought the queer crowd makes a big deal to separate "sex" and "gender identity". I don't see the demand to buy into gender dysphoria (a mental illness) and the need for medical surgery to affirm the mental illness. So, by the plain reading of the statute, his "sex" is male and the statute makes no mandate to chop anything off to encourage mental illness.
And yet a routine boob job or liposuction would not be covered for someone who isn’t changing genders.
I sure hope the Democrats own this. There is no way a majority of Americans would think this is anything but ridiculous.

The Godless creatures in this country have been in control of mass media, entertainment and academia for some time. Now, they run all the 3-letter agencies, have an adequate number of judges, and effectively control voting all to benefit their march to remove all vestiges of a once God fearing Christian moral society we inherited from our forefathers.
All the stuff being done in the name of LGBTQ is just their latest brain child to break us down and close out all remaining hangups that connect us to our moral past. Soon, very soon in our society, sexual intercourse will no longer play any kind of role in moral equations or considerations. Nudity, going naked, nah, all that stuff is old fashioned. Get the kiddies all used to talking about sex and going to the bath room and showering together, and encouraging sexual touching as nothing but routine exploration. All old fashioned taboos prohibiting sex between children and adults will soon be vanquished.
Everything being done is simply an effort to take our country down the Hell hole into their image of a Godless society.
