A California task force released a 500-page draft calling for 'comprehensive reparations' for African Americans that are decedents of 19th century slaves Wednesday's draft is only part one of two and did not detail the finances of the proposal. The second part is expected to be released by summer 2023 The draft reportedly lists recommendations for reparations, including offering free four-year college and raising the minimum wage in predominately black industries It also proposes an office to help African Americans residents to file claims and trace their lineage to prove eligibility for individual restitution African Americans make up nearly six percent of California's population and nearly nine percent of people living below the poverty level

Big cotton state, California. The bulwark of the Confederacy, they called it. “As common as slaves in California” was an old expression back then. And, after Abe Lincoln freed the slaves, why, California was the first state to impose Jim Crow Laws. And the last state to remove ‘em. I hear tell that some parts of California still had Jim Crow on the books as late as 1989. But I guess they’re comin’ round to modern ideas now.

Right now, the Democrats are scheming on how to cleverly get federal money to do this so that we all pay.

California has been giving reparations to black folks for years by keeping them on welfare and forcing them to be wholly dependent on the Slave Master Party, while simultaneously importing third world peasants to take every low wage job in the state and guaranteeing the stupid and lazy blacks in the State, NEVER GET A CHANCE TO SUCCEED at anything except drugs,gangs and prison.
Why they can’t see what has been happening all these years is beyond me.
I can only imagine how first and second generation Hispanics are going to pay for people that have been dead for years past transgressions.
