Also, my guns aren’t ready for prime time. Accuracy is easy because I do my own barrels and trunnions but my locking lugs deform a little but after 3000 rounds. My goal is to crank out 10,000 rounds before ANY detectable deformation on any part and it’s harder than it sounds. If I’m gonna sell my countrymen a weapon that they will pin their lives on, it for damn sure will face any and all abuse it may encounter, let alone normal wear and tear from use. I’m experimenting with steel hardness. Not too soft, not too brittle
Please be aware my AKs, while deforming prematurely, do continue to function, but I strive for perfection at an affordable price. I pledge to not price my rifles more than $1000 once perfected.
I don’t want to get rich. I want to arm patriots with weapons they can rely on regardless of abuse and neglect
100%
They're not thinking straight.
Well played sir. Well played!
