US military hackers have conducted offensive operations in support of Ukraine, the head of US Cyber Command has told Sky News.

In an exclusive interview, General Paul Nakasone also explained how separate "hunt forward" operations were allowing the United States to search out foreign hackers and identify their tools before they were used against America.

...

He told Sky News: "We've conducted a series of operations across the full spectrum; offensive, defensive, [and] information operations."

Oh no, the bed wetters will think WWIII is coming.

Go take some calcium pills for your spine.

RuZZia is too weak to attack any other country. Even Liechtenstein is safe.

I suppose there is some value in blabbing about conducting offensive operations against another country. But I sure don’t see it.

How quaint - considering Ukraine is the country who conducts massive amounts of cyber crimes against US citizens - stealing millions upon millions of identities and credit card details.

The US government is putting a corrupt Ukrainian regime above the protection of US citizens.

I guess it's ok - as long as there's 10% for the big guy.

It is bad. Biden trying to get “credit” in the polls.

Let’s hope they aren’t meddling in Russia’s elections, buying facebook ads, or putting videos on Twitter, because that would be bad - and Putin could get impeached for that.

Some folks here on FR have suggested that Biden wants to push America into a war with Russia. That seems a bit over the top. But if Biden really wanted to do that, he’d have this general say just what he did.

Very true with regard to conventional forces. It is their nukes that raise concerns.

” Ukraine is the country who conducts massive amounts of cyber crimes against US citizens...”

As if we don’t all know that the entire former Eastern Bloc is rife with such.

Russia has the largest nuclear arsenal in the world. The problems in Ukraine are largely the consequence of Soros and Western Intelligence Agencies installing a disruptive regime in a former Soviet satellite. If you keep poking the bear... he will eventually wake up. You are obviously in a manic state devoid of any semblance of reality. We would all be better off if you were back in whatever nut house that you escaped from. When they catch up with you, I would recommend a lithium drip to supplement your pills.

And please, put some clothes back in before dancing in the hall.

Let’s see: we hack the Russian, the Russians know we are hacking them, but somehow that should be withheld from the American public?
