If a Doctor recommends a Medical Device that is Unproven to work and in fact, almost all studies say it won’t work, shouldn’t everyone that heard this advice be allowed to SUE for Malpractice?

Jaha, Mask up by all means. A plastic bag over the head and sealed at the neck will guarantee no transmission of anything.
Democrats should be required to wear masks, turn in their guns, and pay 80% tax. They should be made to live in their own Venezuela rather than continuing to transform the whole nation.
