Dems and the left are fundamentally pagans. Liberal doesn’t apply to them. Liberal has some reason to it. Founding fathers would be considered liberal.
Pagans are tribal and humanistic. Their “religion” involves the worship of nature and sexual proclivity under the guise of rituals. Not logic, but sympathetic “reasoning” rules the day.
When monotheists showed up, who basically said only God is superior man (where pagans believe nature is), and tried to impose some rules (10 commandments) for a civilized society, the pagans rebelled and they have been fighting us ever since.
