Judge limits info about alleged Hillary Clinton ‘joint venture’ in Sussmann’s trial

A judge has ruled that Special Counsel John Durham’s office must limit the evidence it plans to use in court to try to show a “joint venture” between Michael Sussmann and Hillary Clinton’s 2016 presidential campaign.
Sussmann, a cybersecurity lawyer, has been charged with lying to then-FBI General Counsel James Baker when he handed over data in September 2016 that claimed to show communications between former President Trump’s presidential campaign and the Kremlin-linked Alfa Bank.
Sussmann did not divulge he was working for the Clinton campaign at the time.

This is probably another corrupt judge. If there is evidence that supports the charges why would a judge put limits on that? We all already know that the Oompa Loompa in the pantsuit was behind the Russia hoax.

The democrats couldn’t care less about attorney client privilege when they were after Trump. Sidestepped it instantaneously, because crimes had been committed by Trumps Lawyer.
What’s the problem Judge, there is already precedence. Or are you just reaffirming that there is two kinds of justice.

So Durham wants to present evidence that Sussmann was part of a conspiracy (uncharged or not). That means that Durham already has evidence of a conspiracy, but just not going to charge that in this case (for some reason).

These judges should be appalled at what Hillary and Friends did to Trump and the nation. Instead they are running interference for her. They are protecting her and the other bad actors.
