The sidebar excerpt is intriguing - it appears the Ukies are trying to interdict Russian supplies within Russia itself:
Images from Belgorod in the early hours of Friday showed anti-aircraft missiles in the sky, suggesting fresh strikes were underway.
Meanwhile, the military claimed to have shot down a Ukrainian Mi-8 helicopter involved in the attack on the Bryansk region near Chernihiv.]
Since logistics seem to be a weakness in the Russian army, it would make sense that Ukrainians would target that.
They call it a flagship yet it was lolling around in the sea without escorts, if the death toll is any indication. And in the middle of a war.
Suggests even more incompetence than they ascribed to it when they said it was an accident.
Meanwhile according to other reports, Putin is picking off senior officers like ducks at carnival.
Sounds to me like Russia’s in no shape to be expanding a war.
All? Heck, even a few got plucked from the water when the Hood. And that was in the Atlantic north of Iceland at this time of year.

Rather than destroy supplies, it would be easier simply to offer the Russian officials cash payments for them.
Yes, but wasn't Russians doing the plucking.
The 50 that were rescued didn’t survive being rescued.
The question is how quickly can Russia replenish its war machine? I have no idea of their industrial capabilities after the collapse of the Soviet Union.
They may have a hard time replacing all those trucks and tanks. Unless they buy them from China.
Where are the parades and medal ceremonies for all the heroic sailors who survived? They should be all over Russian TV being lauded as heroes.
Kind of funny they aren’t. Don’t you think?

You’re a very bad boy!
Ukraine needs to direct a few missiles at the Kremlin.
I have serious doubts about the "Turkish ship rescue" story. No ship name, no info on what port the sailors were taken to. Just a vague story of 50 sailors rescued by Turkish ship with no updates since it was first reported.
It’s still true that dead men tell no tales...but they’ll manage to vote for Putin in 2024.
All propaganda all day.
The Daily Mail seems to be nothing more than a propaganda mouthpiece for the Deep State Neocons.
3. Only 3 survived the hood. Them’s pretty slim odds.

“Ukraine needs to direct a few missiles at the Kremlin.”
Absolutely! I’d love nothing better than to see Pidor Putin’s evil lair demolished!
No surprise if U.S. CIA clowns did this.
Ok that sound odd ..all died?.. Unless a warships instantly blows up in a gigantic explosion.. there are aways survivor.. ships sink.. men go in the water
Even the HMS Hood With a direct hit on her magazine exploding the whole ship had a survivor
