Murdering a baby should result in consequences commensurate with murdering a baby.
This country had better decide real quick if the baby-in-the-womb is human or not. Animal? What species?
This is a country in which you need to fill out a questionaire and pay some money to drop off an animal you no longer want, but for a human baby you can drop off the baby at any fire station ‘No questions asked’!

Section 19.06, paragraph 1 of the Texas Penal code specifically exempts the killing of an unborn baby by the mother from prosecution. This was law enforcement apparently not knowing the law.

How many of these people that talk about their body and it’s their choice, and their values, and their consequences... And no one has a right to tell them anything thinks mandatory vaccines are ok?
How many that mention criminalizing those that do this is wrong are ok with criminalizing those that didn’t follow curfews or social distancing rules on their own property?
All these arguments I here, all of them, are:

*Inconsistent
Rewind - look at this article. Other than a woman was arrested and she had a self induced abortion, what other facts were there? What argument was constructed, anywhere?
All of this really boils down to the age old question that has been obfuscated with endless blither: at what point does life beging?
At conception?
6 weeks?
12 weeks?
20 weeks?
Birth?
Since we believe we have a right to intercede in what is a natural process (unlike a mRNA vaccine injected) set in motion by the execution of these people’s own free will (99% of the time), we need to define the start point of life.
We must define that in order to determine where the cut off point is on when it’s just some cells or a life. The consequence of a secular world where God, a Bible, and religion have no say. Lawyers and medical experts get their chance to play god and the cool thing about ethics is that it’s situational dependent and always changing. Consistency isn’t even a major tenet of this way of looking at the world!
Unless she repents. Let’s pray that she does.

Prosecutors drop charges for political reasons quite often, including murder. It’s happening a lot, and I don’t just mean where abortion is the issue.
