Threatening Ukraine doesn’t threaten NATO. NATO threatened Russia long before they threatened us simply by trying to put Ukraine into NATO. NATO dwarfs Russia militarily. It isn’t threatened any more than an ugly feminist claiming she is afraid of being raped. Just not gonna happen.

Sure send Ukraine weapons to end the war quickly. Kick ass but also sue for peace, go neutral. But end it now before it blows up bigly and you have no food or have an H-Bomb ruin your whole day.

NATO threatened Russia long before they threatened us

Tell that to all the countries formerly under the iron curtain, and Chechnya, Georgia and now Ukraine today. Russia has violated, since the "fall" of the Soviet Union, every arms agreement they have ever signed with us. They have funded terrorism in South America through Communist groups like FARC. They have propped up our enemies in the middle east, such as Iran. They have given technology and secret support to the North Koreans. They are allies with every single communist country on Earth.

And worst of all, they are an adamantly anti-American power that demands our extermination, with the collapse of NATO and the conquest of Europe just being the first stages of their ultimate war against us.

You can deny all that. I don't really care. But that is the truth and that's why I don't turn a blind eye to what is going on in Europe. You said NATO dwarfs Russia militarily. Mexican bandits dwarf most of Europe militarily, with the exception of the UK and France. They have recently finally agreed to pay their due fees under NATO (though I think it should be even more), but it would be a long time before they have the military necessary to fight.

As for particular plans for Ukraine. Ukraine should make its own decision on how and when it will make peace. The US should not be in the position of telling other countries to give up parts of their territory to authoritarian powers. I support giving them the weapons and what they need to come to their own resolution in the conflict.

As for "go neutral," again, Ukraine should decide what it wants to do. Any country that meets the correct criteria can join NATO. If they meet the criteria, they can apply for joining same as any other country. Russia itself was offered this years ago, but Russia responded by asking to be put in charge of NATO, as their brazen arrogance demands.
