Yes, leftists use blacks to trigger white guilt to push their agenda. To do that they use self appointed ‘leaders’ who have become totally out of touch with the real ‘black community’.

Remember the ‘defund cops’ idiocy? That was a white liberal progressive ‘elite’/black poverty pimp out-of-touch stunt.
Since most reporters only talk to ‘black leaders’ and NOT to black citizens it’s an easy scam to pull off. I was volunteering out of the CORE Freedom House years - spring ‘64 before the three civil rights workers were killed in Mississippi. One of the people running the Freedom House was also a member of the Socialist Workers Party and had come up the idea to canvass the ‘black community’. The goal was to gather names to take to the mayor to show support for a police review board. So off I went to collect names. What an eye opener. At each and every home I was lectured to by black mothers and grandmothers... (black men were at jobs or didn’t answer doors...) Anyhow I didn’t get one signature - but lots of sermons and ‘you need to listen to me’. The community supported the police. Told me they needed more police, not less. So I went back to the Freedom House and explained we had NO SUPPORT whatsoever. The result? The decision was made to drop the signatures from the presentation. One out of every six black men supported Trump. Hispanics are tired of being used and used badly by white liberal ‘elites’ too. In the 1940’s the white and black marriage rate was identical... there’s so many issues to look at. So many toxic incentives. Much of what you’re saying is true. We have 40 puzzle pieces in a thousand piece puzzle. The box was thrown away and we don’t know what the picture looks like form our few pieces.

But what is culture and where does it come from and is it related to IQ?
At its essence culture is about values. And values are all the rules for living that over the millenia have proven to lead to a better life when followed. Such as, a penny saved is a penny earned, treat others the way you want to be treated, stealing is wrong, as is killing, etc, etc.
These “rules for living”, ie, values are discovered by observing what works and doesn’t work over long periods of time,i.e by recognizing a pattern - like if I do this, this also seems to happen a lot. It’s a type of pattern recognition of what works and what doesn’t. Of recognizing cause and effect.
And IQ is to a large extent a measure of pattern recognition and associations.
Thus IQ plays a large role in defining what rules you choose to live your life by, ie, your values, and that means your culture.
It’s why the values of whites and Asians are not that different, they have roughly similar AVERAGE IQs and thus perceive the same pattern of what works and what doesn’t.
It’s also why, even though American blacks have been embedded in our white culture for several centuries, it hasn’t been adopted by them. If anything they’ve rebelled and continue to rebel against it.
I realize all these comments are very unsettling and even upsetting and discouraging because they presents a view of reality that’s unpalatable and presents a very difficult problem to solve and we’ll twist ourselves like pretzels to avoid it and come up with other rationalizations, but the time is approaching where we’ll have to face it.
