A whole bunch of questions arise from this article. The thing that jumps off the page to me is where it states that, (Ukrainians from Mariupol are being) "sent to 'remote cities' in Russia where they will be
obliged to stay for years and work for free."
How, exactly, would 'Mariupol city council' know this? Evidence, please!

The only thing factual are hundreds people thanking the Russian troops. The rest is groundless propaganda.

Apparently there are certain work, or penal, camps located at the destinations (and little else). The deduction is that this is the reason they are being sent to these locations.
Eskimos have over 50 different words for snow; Russians have many different words for prison.
