Even the God-damned leftists didn’t claim they were killed by OUR forces. The accusation by the rabid, America-hating communists was that 100,000 had been killed, even though they admitted that most of them were killed by terrorists; they simply characterized all deaths as ultimately our fault.
And the Lancet, which published that steaming pile of sh!+m you so willingly vomit, was excoriated for an absurd methodology: survey 0.1% of the villages, total everyone who says they lost a relative (with no attempt to weed out when they’re all the same relative) and multiply by 1000.
