DC is so incestuous, everybody is completely interconnected financially, legally and socially. When you get into the top law firms like Perkins Coie and Latham & Walker, they are in with everyone on both sides. I think the Judge probably won’t consider that a conflict. There was a time when I was sure Baker was a good man, but nobody lives in the swamp for that long without being corrupted.
