And I agree with most of what was written. But I doubt Archbishop Viganò wrote that.

To me, it doesn't sound like something that Archbishop Viganò would say or write.

I could be wrong. But this read like something I would say.

I’ve read several pieces by him and they “sound” similar in clarity and substance. His heavy accent may not match the elegance of the written words. Do you believe he has ghost writers?
