The Lieberals won the vote. The 'Emergencies Act' passed 185-151. The communist NDP voted with the Lieberals.
The ONLY chance is that the Senate votes it down. I don't know when that me be.

It’s a parliamentary system in Canada. The only people who directly elect Trudeau are the voters in his parliamentary district. In parliamentary systems party leaders are made PM either by the fact they have a majority in parliament or through a coalition of parties to get a majority. Currently Canada has a coalition government of where two parties allied together have the majority - Trudeau’s leftist party and an even more leftist party as a partner.
In short Canada is screwed and they did it to themselves!

I used to be proud of my Canadian heritage, in that some of my ancestors were United Empire Loyalists, having sided with King George, and being kicked out of Virginia in 1783.
With the Laurentianists now, not only controlling Western Canada, but actually STOMPING ON Western Canada, I WOULD WELCOME MANIFEST DESTINY!

Actually, NONE of the Canadian Senators are elected. Last Provincial election, we also voted on a ‘Senator in waiting’. Less than a month later, emperor Trudeau named a long time Liberal hack, a former mayor of Canmore, as Senator.
All we need is for a mysterious fire to break out on Parliament Hill.....
