The ONLY chance is that the Senate votes it down. I don't know when that me be.

Canada didn’t just die. Any nation that would voluntarily elect a feckless wuss such as Trudeau was already dead.
If their Senate and/or courts don’t shoot this down, getting real ugly is likely the only way Canadians get their lives back.
Nah, the comments are mostly about people who find the clip quite scary and quite well-done.
Commies got smart. They realized that violent revolution wasn’t going to accomplish their goals. They did it by quietly infiltrating the Capitalist institutions and gradually taking them over. In the end, the result is the same.

Commie revolutions always amaze me. In the beginning the media elites and the so called “intellectuals” are always full throated in their support. Why? Because to these useful boobs, screaming wild and radical things has always been a matter of the abstract.
You see, it is a way to get attention and build street cred as being the most out there. It is great a cocktail parties and the like. It is such a superficial activity really. “Down with free speech!!’’ “Jail those who dare speak against our favored policies.” It is a lazy way to show your support for the movement without actually having to do anything.
To the hardened commie dictator to be, it is a welcome exercise. But they are using it as a tool, a tool to take ACTUAL power and put ACTUAL plans into real action.
And then the entire exercise comes to an abrupt, screeching halt. Whoa, nobody in the elite class actually thought they would do it. Nobody, or at least most, thought that it was cool just to use show some crushing government power this one time.
And that is when they start expressing opposition. That is when they start to try to stuff the creature back in the box.
Like a game show buzzer when a contestant bombs out, they soon realize that their opposition is the wrong answer. The tyrannical power is permanent. And the intellectuals and the others find themselves, the leading advocates, lined up against the wall.
The Globe and Mail will soon find themselves with their bank accounts frozen. They will soon find their pages labelled as the “contemplation of hate.”
Take off, eh. Beauty move advocating for suspending liberty hoser. But he eh, that means your liberty too eh.

Seats are vacant because Canada Senate is inconsequential. No one cares. It’s more like our Presidential Medal of Freedom than it is the US Senate.
